I feel like something serious has broken in my mind and heart. Something that isn't going to mend before I die. Something serious enough that no amount of therapy or drugs (or abstinance from drugs) will get me back to that place where I could pretend to act like most of the people around me.
Is this what getting old during a fascist ransacking and overthrow and of the country you love feels like? Are my psychological and physical weaknesses combined with life's regrets finally betraying me?
I feel like it's all those things in equal measure.
With this new mind and heart I have to adapt. I have to learn how to productively process feelings (again.) I have to keep busy and moving because the lives of me and mine depend on it.
All while keeping my humans close and my humanity intact until I die.
I hope I become the man I want to be - even in all this.
Deep sigh. Sooo, new Dandadan (anime) episode came out tonight on Nertflerx. Sleep eludes me so guess I'll watch it.

I am not an expert, but I thought Signal was considered safer because its code is open and it has been audited for security.
Threema is a paid service, so I guess someone can link a card to an account.
I have not heard about the others before. I will try to take a look.
Delta Chat is an unholy mess of email protocols layered into a messenger, I'd not trust its security just because of the inherent complexity of parsing all that. Not that it's necessarily insecure, just software practice says that's way harder to get right.
If I was worried about signal (and I'm not) I'd probably use its Molly fork, rather than any unproven alternatives, in no small part also because actually using encryption is better than not (and not communicating isn't great either), and it's already pretty common. Network effects matter.

Moi qui suis Belge, je n'ai pas de drapeau pour la fête nationale, ce truc qui vante la royauté qui va au Te Deum et fait défiler l'armée. Je n'ai pas de drapeau régional d'autant que certains tentent un nouveau nationalisme communautaire (et ils sont plutôt à droite).
Perso, je crois que le nationalisme est hasbeen, c'est très boomer, alors qu'il y a des législations qui prévalent sur les lois nationales et régionales. Par exemple, noss pays ont adhéré à l'ONU et à l'UE, ben je me sens autant citoyen du Monde qu'Européen et Belge parce que l'ensemble est important. Sinon on n'aurait rien à dire de Netanyahou, de Poutine ou de Trump.

Si le but qu'on poursuit en politique c'est plutôt d'attirer la sympathie cette majorité pour effectivement changer les choses, alors c'est très con.
Cracher sur les symboles nationaux c'est un pur truc de petit bourgeois gauchiste méprisant.

Cette image parle d'elle-même, c'est ça la république, le drapeau, une manipulation des masses au profit du pouvoir, du système avec son protocole. Le nationalisme c'est ce qui envoie de pauvres cons servir de chair à canon pour les puissants, des soumis pour servir d'esclaves aux nantis qui ne pensent qu'au pourcentage de PIB qu'ils en retirent. Les drapeaux c'est de la com', ça ne sert à rien d'autre. Cerveaux non disponibles.
