Dear community, I finally managed to repair lemurs.space after a few months of downtime. I’m really sorry for the long interruption. Running and maintaining a Friendica instance has turned out to be much harder, and much more resource-intensive, than I expected. I will definitely need support from the community to keep it alive. If no one steps up within two weeks, I’ll sadly have to shut it down. In that case, I would follow the Mastodon practice of giving a three-month notice, so everyone has time to back up their data and hopefully find a new home.
